By using and making bookings on the PAL Holidays website, you agree to Expedia’s Terms of Service, and to enter into contract with Expedia. Concerns related to your PAL Holidays Package or Stand-Alone product(s) shall be directed to Expedia. As well as the PAL Holidays Terms of Service, other terms and conditions provided by Travel Providers (such as PAL's, or PAL Express’, or any PAL codeshare partners’ Conditions of Carriage, as is applicable, a property’s terms and conditions, or a car rental company’s rental agreement, etc.) also apply to your booking.

Definition of Terms

“PAL Holidays” means the website located at or any successor thereto.

“PAL Holidays Package” means a booking with flight(s) AND a combination of one or more of the following product(s): stays(s), things to do, and/or car(s).

“Stand-Alone” means a booking of stays(s), things to do, and/or car(s) but without any flight(s).

“Stand-Alone Flight Booking” means a flight booking without a stay, things to do, and/or car.

“Travel Provider” means the travel supplier making available the flight, stay(s), things to do, and/or car(s) through PAL Holidays.

The PAL Holidays website technology is owned by Expedia, Inc. (“Expedia”), a Washington corporation having its registered office at 1111 Expedia Group Way W, Seattle, WA 98119, USA.

4. Flight disruptions: in case a flight booked using PAL Holidays is cancelled, delayed or impacted by an irregular operation as defined by PAL, applicable airline policies, government regulations and Conditions of Carriage apply.

Refund/Change/Cancellation policies of Expedia and the chosen Travel Provider apply to your PAL Holidays Package and Stand-Alone Products, any voluntary change to your PAL tickets booked through the PAL Holidays’ website shall be subject to the applicable PAL, PALex, PAL Codeshare Partners’ Conditions of Carriage.

    

6. Senior Citizen, PWD, Student National Athletes and Coaches Discounts for purely domestic flights(s) sold as regular fare(s) in your PAL Holidays Package shall be collected from PAL, provided that the requester is qualified under Republic Acts 9257, 9994, 9442, 11314 and 10699 and CAB Policy Resolution No. 41, BIR Revenue Regulation No. 13-202 and 05 and presents to PAL the requisite documentation. Requests must be submitted through .

    

7. Senior Citizen, PWD, Student and National Athletes and Coaches discounts shall not apply to domestic promotional fares. Flights with a combination of international and domestic sectors purchased under a single booking in your PAL Holidays Package are considered through-fares and sold as a single international journey. As such, Senior Citizen, PWD, Student and National Athletes and Coaches Discounts shall not be applicable.

    

8. PAL may update or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

Data Protection/Sharing

Limits of Liability

PAL explicitly disclaims any liability for your use of the PAL Holiday Website. As between PAL and its customers, PAL explicitly disclaims any and all responsibility for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by you in connection with your use of the PAL Holiday Website. You agree to release and indemnify PAL from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the PAL Holiday Website.
