ROOMS
- Prior reservations are required, and the intent to avail of the discount must be clearly mentioned at the time of reservation.
- Reservations must be made directly with the hotel through either phone or email. Further instructions to avail the discount will be advised by the hotel agent upon confirmation of the reservation. (Members must ensure that a copy of their Mabuhay Miles Card is readily available)
- Upon check-in, Mabuhay Miles members shall also present their digital or physical Mabuhay Miles Membership Card for verification purposes.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges.
- The discount is not valid during blackout dates such as Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, convention periods, and dates with high occupancy.
- Only one membership card shall be accepted per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership cards or discount coupons.
- The discount is exclusive of the 12% VAT and service charge, which shall be charged to and paid by the customer in addition to the discounted price.
