Flammable paints and thinners

Such as oxidizing materials, paint strippers, thinners, etc...

Work tools or small gas-powered engine 
Such as chainsaw, portable generator, etc... 

Chemical and toxic substances 
Such as acids, corrosive batteries, bleaching substances, radioactive material, organic peroxide, infectious or biological hazardous material, etc... ;

Explosives 
Such as flares, fireworks, blasting cap, detonator, fuse grenade, dynamite, plastic explosives torch, lighter, matches, etc.

Note: Only dangerous goods under Class 1—Explosives, Division 1.4S (I.e., ammunition) are acceptable for air carriage

Ammunition, securely packaged (in Div. 1.4S, UN0012 or UN0014 only) 

In quantities not exceeding 5 kg gross weight per person. Allowances for more than one person must not be combined into one or more packages. 

Carbon dioxide, solid (dry ice) 
In quantities not exceeding 2.5 kg net weight per person when used to pack as perishables provided the baggage (package) permits the release of CO2 gas. 

Note: Must be marked "DRY ICE” or “Carbon Dioxide solid” and indicate net weight. 

Small non-flammable gas cartridges
Containing CO2 or other suitable gases, up to two (2) small cartridges fitted into a self-inflating personal safety device such as life jacket or vest, not more than 4 cartridges up to 50ml water capacity for other devices. 

Oxygen or air, gaseous cylinders  
Required for medical use. The cylinder must not exceed 5kg gross weight. Liquid oxygen systems are forbidden for air transport.

Portable medical electronic devices 
Such as AED, nebulizer, Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) US FAA approved containing lithium metal or lithium-ion cell batteries (Subject to maximum power limits). Philippine Airlines’ Approval is required. 

Watthour rating must not exceed 160 Wh (lithium ion) or 8g (lithium metal)

Portable consumer electronic devices 
Such as cameras, mobile phones, laptops, and tablets, with or without batteries. 

Watthour rating must not exceed 160 Wh (lithium ion) or 2g (lithium metal)

Cigarettes and E-cigarettes 
Such as tobacco sticks, vape, e-cigar, e-pipe, vape pen, box or vape mods, etc. 

Note: Use of cigarettes and e-cigarettes and recharging them on board the aircraft is NOT permitted. 

Battery powered wheelchairs or other similar mobility devices (w/batteries, non-spillable wet, spillable, or lithium) 

Wheelchairs/Mobility aids with Lithium Batteries: 

a. Ensure that batteries are adequately protected against damage by the design of the mobility aid and securely attached to the wheelchair or mobility aid. The electrical circuits must be isolated following the manufacturer’s instructions; or 

b. Removed from the mobility aid following the manufacturer’s instructions. Each battery removed from the mobility aid must not exceed 300 Wh. 

c. A passenger may carry a maximum of one spare lithium ion battery not exceeding 300 Wh or two spare batteries each not exceeding 160 Wh. 

Battery powered non-mobility devices 
Such as air wheel (unicycle), solo wheel, hoverboard, mini segway, balance wheel, electric scooter, e-bikes or similar vehicles, with or without batteries 

Magnetized material 
Cover materials with relatively high magnetic field strength such as magnetrons and non-shielded permanent magnets without keeper bars installed 

Non-removable batteries

Note: Batteries NOT exceeding 0.3g lithium metal or 2.7Wh lithium ion
