TRAVEL REMINDERS FOR UNDAS 2023

We expect a high volume of passengers to travel on our domestic and international flights during the public holidays next week for the traditional Undas/All Saint’s Day break and the October 30 local elections in the Philippines.

For your travel convenience, we advise you to:

  • Allocate extra time in going to the airport to ensure that you will make it in time for your flight, particularly when flying out of Manila or other major airports in the Philippines where heavy traffic is expected.

  • Plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your domestic flight; or at least 3 hours before your international flight.

  • Please check your updated flight status and terminal assignment before heading to the airport by visiting www.shunpa.com, clicking the Flight Status Tab in the PAL website

  • You may check-in online via www.shunpa.com or your mobile app within 24 hours up to one hour before your flight.

  • For international travel, ensure that your passport is at least 6 months valid from date of travel and that you carry the required visa and other important travel documents. Please bring a valid government-issued ID and any applicable company or school ID when taking domestic flights.

International travelers are also required to fill out the E-Travel Registration, as mandated by the Philippine authorities.
