PAL offers ‘Global Student Plus’ Fare Discounts to international students
Philippine Airlines (PAL) now offers a special discounted fares program, ‘Global Student Plus’, for international students aged 12 to 31. International students are students who undertake all or part of their education in a country other than their own, and move to that country for the purpose of studying.
The program offers a 10% discount on one-way or roundtrip fares on applicable international routes within the PAL network, and terms and conditions apply.
“As the Philippines’ flag carrier, we extend our full support to students who wish to study abroad, through our Global Student Plus program. Philippine Airlines hopes to be part of their journeys in fulfilling their dreams for an overseas education, and to be remembered as one of their stepping stones to success,” said PAL Vice President for Sales, Salvador “Bud” Britanico Jr.
Promo/sales period is until December 31, 2023, for travel until further notice.
To be eligible for the program, passengers must provide either a valid International Student Identity Card (ISIC), a student visa or an acceptance letter from the school for verification and must be presented at the time of booking and during check-in at the airport.
Qualified travelers are entitled to an additional free baggage allowance (FBA) of 10kg or 1 piece, whichever is applicable, on top of the allowable FBA.
