Terms and Conditions

  • Mabuhay Miles Members shall present either their valid digital or physical Mabuhay Miles card 
    at Fili Hotel at NUSTAR Cebu before making payment.
  • This promo is valid from 10 October 2023 – 30 September 2024
  • The Promo is applicable to:
    • Fili Café’s dinner buffet, excluding a la carte and beverage orders. 
    • Axis Bar’s ala carte food and beverages, excluding all beverages above 10,000 pesos.
  • Promo can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only.
  • Promotion and corresponding discount cannot be used in conjunction with other on-going 
    promotions and government mandated promotion such as PWD and Senior Citizen Discounts.
  • Cardholders must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of 
    card ownership might be requested for verification.
  • Private functions, parties and banquet sales are excluded from this promo. Consumable rate is 
    not part of the promo.
  • Splitting of single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
  • Discount only applies to full-priced dinner buffet rate. The promotion cannot be applied to other 
    promoted rates.
  • All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the 
    cardholder.
  • NUSTAR Rewards cardholders who participate in this promotion shall not be eligible to earn 
    points on their NUSTAR Rewards card
